This tool can help you understand the way you make decisions, how you interact with the world, the patterns you tend to repeat, and the areas where you may have adapted yourself over time to meet expectations, belong, feel safe, or simply navigate life.
Human Design brings out the possibility of exploring the difference between what comes naturally to you and what you’ve learned along the way (your conditioning)
It’s basically a framework for observation that looks into important areas of your life and begins to question them:
–Is this really me, or did I learn to be this way?
–Does this actually work for me, or have I simply become used to it?
–Am I making this decision from what feels true to me, or from what I’ve learned or I believe that I’m supposed to do?
–How much of the way I move through life comes naturally, and how much of it has been shaped by adaptation? (coping and conditioning)
–What happens when I stop constantly trying to mask the way I naturally function?
Altho this system can be a point of Breakthrough in your life, it can also confront you with uncomfortable truths as we all have develop ways of functioning that help us adapt to our environment, our families, relationships, culture, work and the expectations around us which are not necessarily natural to us. Some even become so familiar that we eventually experience them as personality and with time, we begin to believe that those adaptations are part of our Nature. We develop automatic responses and reactions according to what we have learned, but most of the time those mechanisms are far but natural by design.
Human Design then gives us another perspective from which to look at those patterns and behaviors, to begin with the recognition of what is truly our own Nature..
This is why our mission is to help you come back to your Nature and Embody your Natural Self, as it is an important, deeply meaningful and exciting process for every human being that wishes to live in alignment with their path of existence.
Through compassionate observation and experimentation, we can begin to notice which ways of making decisions, relating, working and moving through the world are genuinely natural for us, and which ones require us to constantly push, adjust or override ourselves.
Embodying your Natural Self is about becoming familiar with yourSelf again, through your own lived experience.
-For me, discovering Human Design and engaging in my de-conditioning process through experimentation has been a deep transformative journey. It has changed the way I view myself, life, human interactions, “destiny,” and our purpose of incarnation on Earth.
Now, just before starting, I feel the need to express that entering into the Human Design ‘de-conditioning process’ is a one-way journey! On one hand, you will learn A LOT about yourself, and begin to accept yourSelf for how you are designed to experience this life -I know for sure most of the information will resonate so deeply that you will not ignore it-. On the other hand, the process of experimenting with the “real you” is not an easy path. It will require you to challenge most of the “normal life program” set by society, and probably also your emotional and educational beliefs. Therefore, I invite you to begin the experiment of embodying your Design with tons of Patience, Observation, Perseverance and over all, Compassion ♡.
Also, remember to always listen to your body, as it is where you will find all the answers… The body knows best!
