Aura mechanics, understand each one of them!
LET’S TALK ABOUT AURAS!
I’m pretty sure that if you are into Human Design you probably have heard about the human Aura before. This energetic field around the body which is rainbow colored and it’s basically the same shape for every human being… Well, not in the Human Design system!
NOW, welcome to the “AURA” concept of Human Design, and basically the first approach to your de-conditioning process.
In Human Design, when we talk about the Aura, we basically talk about “energy type“
There are 4 different energy types within the human race and what makes them different from each other is the purpose they fulfill and the way they interact with their environment and the people around them. Each energy type has a different strategy to fulfill its design so it will act in a certain way according to that specific purpose.
The Aura types are these:
LET’S check them breifly!
Having a Generator (or Manifesting Generator) type of energy, means you have your Sacral center “activated”, so you have consistent access to the creative energy that makes the world go round! You are a sacral being, and from that Sacral center, you have access to an enormous amount of CREATIVE energy that could literally give birth to any kind of projects that feel well aligned with your true Self!
Generators are the motor of the creations in this material plane, without them, there would be ideas, philosophies, and great concepts, but not much would be happening in the material plane. Hence the importance of the Generator’s role in the society.
Plus representing 70% of the population, we basically live in a Generator world, so it’s extremely important that we all understand how this energy operates properly, and help them follow their “right track flag”: SATISFACTION!
For a Generator to know if they are using this creative energy in the best way possible for them, the signature would be whether they are connecting with the feeling of “Satisfaction” or not. Go ahead and read about this in the post: Strategy!
In the bigger picture, this makes sense because the Generator Aura is expanded, enveloping, and open, so it is constantly magnetizing other energetic fields. Every generator is constantly making Aural contact with those around them, it is “attractive” by itself, and because of this many opportunities, invitations, and calls to action will constantly arrive to this Aura with ease, moment by moment.
Because of this, Generators need to be very well connected with their Sacral center to check whether they have the available Energy to commit to that situation or Not! If the opportunity is aligned with the “Self” of the Generator, the Sacral center will have the consistent access to the necessary energy to keep going until the task is finished, thus creating a deep sense of Satisfaction in that person!
On the other hand, if the opportunity is not in alignment with the Self (maybe decided from/by the mind) the Sacral Center most probably will not have enough energy at some point to keep with it and end up feeling Frustrated (the Not-Self theme of Generators). Hence the importance of always checking in with your Sacro, and Emotions in case you have an Emotional Authority. Read about Authority here!
A key question for Generators: Who or What will I commit my energy to?
Having a Projector type of energy, means you have no Sacral center activation, therefore your energy management is completely different than 70% of the population. With this in mind please feel the freedom to take often rest, nap, take breaks during tasks, and have a more slow pace in everyday life! You are not here to be a “doer”, you are here to guide the energy in more efficient ways 😉
Projectors represent the 20% of the population and unlike sacral beings, do not have a consistent access to that specific creative energy, this doesn’t mean they are not creative beings, they are just not here to actually do the physical work to give form in the material world, but to guide the energy of those who have consistent access to it (generators) and help them achieve their goals with that guidance.
Projectors are great at identifying what works and what doesn’t within an individual, as their Aura is penetrating and focused, which allows them to absorb the energetic information of those around them in order to give great bits of advice on how that energy can be improved.
Due to the mechanism of this Aura, it’s easy for projectors to see deep within a person, they connect better 1:1, and thus sometimes their energy can feel intimidating as they penetrate straight into your energetic core when they focus on you. This is just part of the mechanism of its functionality and fulfills the purpose of their Signature! Ideally, for Projectors to know they are on the right track, the feeling of SUCCESS must be present in their everyday life. They connect with this feeling, especially through the recognition of their accurate guidance of the energy around them, and that is why their strategy of “Waiting for the invitation” is the best way to get to that feeling.
Projectors, when aligned with their Self, are geniuses that are here to help us flow in life with better and more efficient systems, ways of relating to the environment and to each other, and new perspectives that many could have not foreseen before. They truly carry deep messages for humanity, but if they try to impose their message of wisdom to whomever is not ready to hear it or appreciate it, they would end up in their Not-Self theme: Bitterness.
That is why recognition in the form of an invitation is THE clue for them to know whenever they are approaching a situation where they have a “green light” to share their genius!
The adversity that this aura experiences, regards not in its configuration, but rather in the fact that, as a society that has been built with Generator bases and much ignorance about our nature and design, all people are somehow forced to follow a system that rewards “productivity” and demands hardworking schedules, so Projectors tend to end up working even harder than a Generator type.
This is because being a non sacral being, when in contact with a Generator (potentially 70% of the world population), Projectors absorb and expand that energy, creating a feeling inside themselves of high energy and great input! The truth is, they end up using energy that was not naturally theirs, and once they de-connect from that Generator aura, they can easily end up feeling burned out!
This is why I make special emphasis, if you have this type of energy, feel free to take it slow, take it easy, give yourself permission to embody the truth of your energetic field <3, and remember to wait for an invitation to make your contribution 😉
A key question for Projectors: If I absorb the energy around me, which energy do I want to surround myself with?
The Manifestor type of energy represents 9% of the world population, and same as the Projector type, this is a non-sacral Aura. The difference in the mechanics of this Aura type regards their ability to access an inner motor of inspiration (never from the mind) that allows them to initiate and open paths for themselves and those around them.
Manifestors are here to be the initiators in society, this means that they are designed to have a very personal motivation that will guide them to follow certain paths, things, or places, and ideally, they should have full freedom to explore them because in doing so, they are creating branches of pathways for all the other energies to walk on them. Meaning for Generators and MGs to respond Satisfactorily, for Projectors to contribute and guide Sucesfully, for Reflectos to experiment themselves with Surprise, while them Manifestors experience a great sense of Peace, watching their creation unfold after they have activated that which comes from that inner motor and just feels right.
As good as this may sound, in reality, Manifestors tend to deal with tons of obstacles before being able access to that freedom of action, and that is precisely why the Aura of the Manifestors is designed like a shield, which helps them remove those possible obstacles in their way by repelling them energetically, so they have a clear way to initiate as they like and this is also why sometime people around them can perceive this energetic impacts and feel automatically pushed away from them. Contrary to the Generator Aura mechanics, Manifestors have a closed Aura that helps them keep their energy focused on that which they feel inspired or pulled towards, without other’s people energetic interference, hence they will only attract the people that can support them with their creations and the rest will be repelled.
With this perfect Aura mechanism, they are well-equipped to move freely in the direction of that which motivates them moment by moment.
When aligned with their Self, Manifestors connect with their signature through a deep feeling of PEACE, which is derived from that sense of being able to move freely and experience no resistance from the environment around them.
Of course, in today’s society, a behavior like this is misjudged as selfish and even rude, so in order for them to be able to have less resistance from the people around them, they should follow their strategy of “Informing” what is going on inside them, and what their next movement is going to be, so the people around them understand what they are up to, and opens up in a way of no resistance towards their actions.
When they initiate without letting anyone else know what they were about to do, they will probably experience resistance from the people around them, and that resistance they encounter will generate Rage in them, (the Manifestors Not-Self theme), hence the importance of following their strategy of Informing, plus of course their own Authority to make sure what they are about to initiate is in alignment with their Self!
Same as the Projectors, Manifestors are not here to be the “doers” of society, they are here to open paths and walk them for as long as they have the energy to, and then take rest and let things develop for themselves.
However, since we live in a Generator world, when expanding the generator’s sacral energy there is a tendency to go the extra mile, working without rest and ending up overdoing and exhausted, thus de-conditioning themselves from these coping mechanisms and belief systems is a must in order to connect with the inner guidance of their true Self!
So if you are a Manifestor, remember to inform your loved ones what is going on within yourself, what you are about to do, or are already planning on doing, keep in mind that since your Aura is closed, it does not express the “obvious”, you must communicate it 😉
Also, remember to take energetic space now and then to release the upbeat rhythms of the Generators of MGs around you, so you can go back to your own chill pace.
A key question for Manifestors: Who may this impact?… Inform them!
Reflectors are the 1% of the world population and they are the third Non-Sacral beings in this group!
The Reflector Energy does not have one single defined center, their chart is all white, except for their activated doors. This basically means that they are completely open to experiencing the world around them in many different ways.
Due to this, their Aura is resistant, meaning that they have like a special “Teflon” cover around them, which allows them to sample their environment but, contrary to the projectors, do not absorb the energy of those around them but rather reflect it back.
As samplers of their environment and society, Reflectors have a gift to literally reflect what is going on within a specific group or person, so they have the potential to serve as a parameter of how a group functions or who is living by their authentic self.
In alignment with their correct environments, they will access elements that will generate a feeling of SURPRISE, which is their Self theme. This feeling of Surprise appears when discovering the different samples of authenticity from the world, people, places, flavors, and basically everything around them that is in alignment with their Self!
Contrary to that feeling, when in the incorrect places, or around the incorrect people, is probable that they will experience a sense of disappointment, their Not-Self theme.
Reflectors are Moon beings, they are highly influenced by the moon transits, as it is the moon that will activate and deactivate many different circuits throughout its cycle, and that is why their Authority , when taking big decisions, will be to wait for a full Lunar Cycle.
For the rest of their less crucial decisions, they simply have to listen to how their body feels about the specific theme at that moment.
A key question for Reflectors: Which environment surprises me each and every time?
