Terms and Conditions

  • Full Payment Required: To secure your Human Design session or Energetic Imprint report, a full downpayment is required at the time of booking. Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of this payment.
  • Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods for booking sessions and purchasing reports:

1.Credit and Debit Cards: Major cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

2.PayPal: You can complete your payment via PayPal to secure your booking for sessions or purchase of Energetic imprint report.

  • Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you need to cancel your booking, you may be eligible for an 80% refund if the cancellation request is made within the first 24 hours after payment.
  • Non-Refundable After 24 Hours: No refunds will be issued if the cancellation request is made more than 24 hours after payment.
  • Rescheduling:Rescheduling is available and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and will be at the discretion of Global Human Design.
  • No Storage of Personal Data: We do not store any personal information or data beyond the delivery of your Human Design reading session or Energetic Imprint report. All information related to your session will be securely deleted once the report is delivered and no longer required. Please ensure that you save and back up your documents upon receipt, as we will not retain any copies.
  • Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information provided to us. We will not share or disclose any details without your explicit consent.

1.Product Delivery:

  • Energetic Imprint Report: The Human Design Energetic Imprint report will be delivered to your inbox within 7 days after payment. Please ensure that your email address is accurate and up-to-date to receive the report.
  • 1:1 Sessions:  For booked 1:1 sessions, Emotional Awareness sessions, or “The experiment”  follow-up sessions, you will receive a recorded session and a brief document summarizing the key points within 24 hours after the session concludes. Please check your email for these materials and ensure you save them promptly, as we will not retain copies.

2.Session Timing: Please be punctual for your scheduled session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. We can accommodate up to 5 extra minutes at the end of the session if needed, but we are unable to extend beyond that.

While we strive to provide accurate and insightful readings, please understand that attending a session or learning about your Human Design does not guarantee specific outcomes. Our services are intended to offer guidance and support for your personal development. We encourage you to approach them with an open mind, and to experiment with and apply the insights in your own way. 

  • Changes: Global Human Design reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through direct contact. Continued use of our services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By booking a Session or purchasing a Human Design Energetic Imprint report, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

  • Acceptance: Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the booking or purchase.
  • Binding Agreement: These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Global Human Design. By proceeding with your payment, you confirm your agreement to abide by all the terms outlined.
  • Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of Coahuila, México. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Coahuila, México.

By proceeding with your booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

For our clients in California, please note the following:

  1. Consumer Rights: Under California law, you have the right to request a refund for services if you believe they have not been delivered as described. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy for details on eligibility and procedures.
  2. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): In compliance with the CCPA, we do not collect or retain personal information beyond the delivery of your Human Design services. Any personal data you provide will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request and will be securely deleted once no longer required.
  3. Online Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute regarding our services, California law provides options for resolving disputes online. For assistance or to file a complaint, you can contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

For our clients in the European Union, please be aware of the following:

  1. Consumer Rights: Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to a clear and accurate description of our services and to a refund if the services are not as described.   2. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): We comply with the GDPR regarding the collection and processing of personal data. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your request and will be securely deleted once it is no longer needed.
